• Integrating a global marketing organisation, as COO, across multiple legal entities in Financial Services including operations, unifying culture while maintaining diversity and defining new strategy in Poland, incl. financial & budget steering, and establishing risk & control governance
• Leading the turn-around of a client services function (200 staff), leveraging innovative, cognitive technology to develop and establish new service models (34% cost savings in 18 months, reinvested into technology-driven servicing)
