After spending 11 years at Goldman Sachs while feeding my humanitarian appetite during my free time, I decided it was time to bridge the two worlds. As Director of Investment Partnerships at The Life You Can Save, I now spend my time developing innovative solutions at the intersection of finance and philanthropy to increase funding to highly effective nonprofits. My current initiative, Shared-Profit Investing, empowers mainstream investors to create measurable impact on pressing global issues through their existing investment portfolio.
The Life You Can Save is a global non-profit that aims to inspire people to give generously and effectively in the fight against extreme poverty. Founded by Peter Singer (often described as the world’s most influential living philosopher), the organization evaluates and promotes highly cost-effective, impactful charities that save or improve the most lives per dollar.
Previous hats I’ve worn include technology product manager, marketing director, business analyst, program/project manager, and board member. I’m always up for new collaborations to help make the world a better place.
