APPortunity – Cancellation and Refund policy – Online/Virtual Events

Ticket purchases for the APPortunity Virtual Conferences and events are subject to the following:

Payment Terms

All prices are in USD ($). We accept payment via credit card only.

Name Changes

Name Changes can be made free of charge up to 1 week before the online conference – so if for any reason you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. This can be done by contacting reach@apportunity.events

Cancellations

All tickets purchased for APPortunity2021 are non-refundable. This includes tickets purchased for the Pre Conference activities

Ticket Usage

The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.

APPortunity is committed to a positive conference experience for all attendees – please familiarize yourself with the terms of our Code of Conduct policy.

Personal Data Usage

By buying a ticket to an APPortunity online events you consent to APPortunity to collect, process and use your personal data for the purposes outlined below:

  • To contact you regarding updates and registration information for the Event or Conference you have booked
  • By registering you are agreeing to join the APPortunity mailing list to receive event & community updates.
